  • Showcase our products, our staff’s talents and local produce.
  • Create positive, atmospheric, community events that bring people together.

As far as possible, these events are advertised well in advance, our database of customers receive personal notification by e-mail or mail, menus are available ahead of the occasion and customers are encouraged to book to avoid disappointment.

The inaugural Wine Club event of 2025 will take place on Friday, February 28th!
Prepare to embark on a delightful journey to Portugal, where exquisite cuisine and exceptional wines await to tantalize your palate. 🍷✨
Portuguese Grilled Sardines, served with a lime and green onion salsa
Beef Espetada – skewered beef chunks marinated in garlic, pimento, and bay leaf.
Fillet of Scabbard Fish, accompanied by baked banana and a passionfruit sauce
Piri-Piri Chicken – marinated chicken served with turmeric and cardamom rice.
Arroz Doce – a cinnamon and lemon-infused rice pudding, emulsified with egg yolks and milk.

Join us every Thursday from 7.00pm for our Weekly Quiz Night!  Teams of up to 6 people, entry £2 per person with an Oblò Gift Card for the winning team.  For each team taking part you can also take up our pizza offer of ‘Buy 1, Get 1 Free!’ on all our pizzas on the night! (cheapest pizza free).  Our quiz is put together each week by Quiz Master Chris and presented by one of our front of house team members.  Get here early to get a good seat!
